Visa Officers

Former Consular Officer- US Visa Consultant

About us

We are former U.S Visa Officers

We are a team of former U.S. visa officers who adjudicated visas at U.S. embassies and consulates worldwide. Today, we use that insider experience to help applicants as professional U.S. visa consultants. Our mission is simple: helping individuals and families improve their chances of U.S. visa approval with confidence.

Unlike generic visa agents, our team includes former U.S. consular officers who have collectively adjudicated over 140,000 visa cases in New Delhi, Mumbai, Manila, Beijing, London, Berlin, Johannesburg, Mexico City, and Warsaw.

We have held senior positions, including Chief of the Visa Section, before serving independently as U.S. visa consultants for students, tourists, professionals, and families.

We do not guarantee visa approval. The final decision always belongs to the consular officer. However, we specialize in difficult cases and help applicants strengthen applications, address refusals, and prepare strategically for interviews successfully.
